In April 2011, Valley Metro McCloud Transportation was awarded a multi-year On-Call Services contract. The contract required providing technical support to the agency for public involvement, developing public/agency involvement plans, organizing annual and quarterly outreach events, providing transcription services at public hearings, drafting of public notice of public meetings and hearings, providing ADA and interpreters for non-English speaking audiences.
