In August 2012, Tampa International Airport selected McCloud Transportation to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Sensitivity Training to the airport’s Public Information Officers and Assistant Directors of Operations. The purpose of the training was to discuss the requirements of the ADA. Focal areas included people-first language, and correct methods of interacting with customers with various types of disabilities The training was interactive and included role-playing, videos, case studies and other learning tools.
