Request for Proposal (RFP) – In July 2016, NCTD issued McCloud Transportation a task order as a part of an on-call multi-year contract to prepare a Request for Proposal and all bid documents to solicit bids for the operation and maintenance of the NCTD’s ADA paratransit Lift service, and management of the ADA paratransit Eligibility Certification process.
ADA Policy and Procedures Manual and Paratransit Audit – In May 2012, McCloud Transportation was awarded multi-year on-call contract to develop an ADA Policy and Procedures Manual Paratransit Audit of NCTD’s LIFT paratransit service. A key focal area of the audit was to sample each category of certification by eligibility type to determine if any discrepancies in eligibility were made. McCloud Transportation also performed a breakdown analysis by each audited certification file and provided a summary of certifications believed to be correct and incorrect.
