In December 2021, Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) awarded McCloud Transportation a contract to conduct a Comprehensive Salary Study. Key tasks included the assessment of the current workforce to determine knowledge, skills, and competencies required for critical positions consistent with the agency’s strategic and operational plans. McCloud Transportation will also conduct a GAP analysis of the workforce to examine present and future needs. A Peer Survey will also be conducted to examine the salaries of critical positions with organizations of comparable size and services.
