In May 2015, National Church Residences selected McCloud Transportation to conduct a Transportation Operations and Vehicle Maintenance Assessment. Key focal areas included staff utilization, and the fleet maintenance program. National Church Residences is a large not-for-profit organization that manages affordable senior housing. The agency’s goal is to become a transportation provider by certifying vehicles as ambulettes, in order to provide non-emergency transportation and registering as a livery to provide prearranged services and partnering with private contractors and other community and non-profit agencies to provide shuttle services.
