Operations Training Program – In September 2014, Keolis selected McCloud Transportation to develop a Comprehensive Operations Training Program. The program included Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, operator training for transporting dialysis customers, persons with cognitive impairments and people with various types of disabilities. The material was highly interactive and included presentations, handouts, videos, role play, classroom exercises, quizzes and situational case studies.

ADA Policy and Procedure Manual – In August 2010, Tectrans (now Keolis) selected McCloud Transportation to develop am ADA Policy and Procedures Manual. A separate manual was developed to provide guidelines for the company’s taxicab operations.
ADA Subject Matter Expert – In October 2010, Tectrans selected McCloud Transportation as its ADA Subject Matter Expert for reviewing content for the company’s operations training videos, along with its monthly awareness campaign material specific to the ADA.
