Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART), Tampa, FL
In September 2010, HART awarded a contract to McCloud Transportation to conduct a Mystery Rider Assessment of its bus and rail system. McCloud Transportation observed a random sample of trips throughout HART’s service area, and evaluated each trip for safety, compliance with the ADA, driver courtesy, revenue collection, on-time performance and other key performance indicators.
