In October 2020, McCloud Transportation & Associates completed the City of Greensboro/Greensboro Transit Agency’s (GTA) Customer Service Analysis Transit Plan as a part of GTA’s goal to assess performance and the capability to meet current and future customer service needs, identify performance gaps and develop measurable performance standards to increase staff efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and addressing customer service issues, including service and communication that adversely impact the ability to deliver customer service, and work with individual departments to develop and implement strategies to address identified service issues.
