In March 2017, GoRaleigh awarded a contract to McCloud Transportation to conduct the GoRaleigh Mystery Rider Program. Anonymous observations were performed on GoRaleigh’s fixed-route, local and express bus service. Calls and site visits were made to GoRaleigh’s Transit Operations Facility and the Call Center to assess the quality of service provided to customers. Observations were conducted from a customer and quality assurance perspective to mirror actual customer experiences using the GoRaleigh service.
