Conducted an assessment of HART's bus and rail system utilizing mystery riders. Observed a random sample of trips throughout HART's service area, and evaluated each trip for safety, compliance with the ADA, driver courtesy, revenue collection, on-time performance and other key performance indicators.

Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX), Orlando, FL
Utilizing mystery riders, assessed the overall quality of service on LYNX's bus routes serving Osceola County, Florida.
Collier Area Transit (CAT), Naples, FL
Generated a comprehensive data collection effort on 100% of CAT's routes that included total boardings, and alightings at each stop. A time of day analysis and transfer analysis were conducted to determine whether interlining would increase ridership on some routes. Cunducted an On-Board Survey on CAT buses and at key activity centers. Bilingual surveyors conducted the survey in English, Spanish and Creole. Produced a summary, analysis and complete data reports to enable CAT to measure customer satisfaction and other key performance indicators.
Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, Dayton, OH
Evaluated Bus Operator Training Programs, trainer knowledge and effectiveness, interviewed user groups and instructors, and evaluated the over-the-road training process, accident rates, classroom training materials for relevant content, and provided benchmarking of safety performance data of peer transit agencies.

Conducted a paratransit Certification Audit. Sampled each category of certifications by eligibility type to determine if any discrepancies in eligibility were made, performed a breakdown analysis by each audited certification file and provided a summary of certifications believed to be correct and incorrect. Also conducted an audit of NCTD's paratransit service to determine the quality of service delivery and compliance with the ADA law, and developed an ADA Policy and Standard Operating Procedures Manual, which provided written guidance for compliance with the ADA law relevant to the operation of NCTD's bus, rail, and LIFT paratransit service.

Conducted a 100% ridecheck and data collection and analysis of Collier Area Transit's (CAT) bus routes. The data provided key input for restructuring existing routes and identified route segments that are heavily utilized and under-utilized.
